Ray Geiger - President / Territory Manager

Joined PG Tool in 1972 after attending college.  He came home to the opportunity of becoming a part of his family business that was just breaking ground in a field called “Manufacturer’s Reps”.  In addition to managing PG Tool’s sales force, Ray has his own territory responsibilities.  He participates in rep council groups and represents several agency principals for national accounts headquartered within our territory.  He prides himself on giving back to his community through his involvement in his local BSA Troop where he has helped many scouts achieve their Eagle Scout rank.  Ray attributes his success to his family support and the leadership qualities he has learned from his mentors over the years.  In his spare time, Ray loves to fish or relax with his wife Deb at the beach in OCMD.

Diane Geiger - Treasurer / Inside Sales

With a strong accounting and financial background, Diane joined her parents and brothers in the business in 1979. Her contributions to the agency have been numerous and seamless over the years. All of our PG contacts know that Diane is well versed and experienced with the products we sell every day. She has become the first line of contact at PG. If there is something you need, count on Diane to know where to find it. Embracing technology, Diane also works with our manufacturers on sell through programs, marketing and on-line sales training opportunities. Diane loves to travel and has used her tool knowledge for re-purposing many collectibles acquired on her road trips across the country.

Keith Sanders - Outside Sales

Introduced to the agency through the Geiger’s youngest son in 1986, Keith came from the automotive retail industry. His role for many years was inside sales. After PG exited the warehouse service industry in 1997, Keith asked to try his hand in outside sales and has put his product knowledge and kind nature to good use in building his territory and relationships in our industry. Keith met his wife Anne who worked down the hall from PG Tool and they now enjoy their four children and newly arrived grandchild. The family loves to vacation at Myrtle Beach and Disney. Keith is also involved as WM at Pitman 197 F&AM and serves on his church committees.

Frank Paschal - Outside Sales

After spending 17 years with a local construction/industrial distributor, Frank began his career with PG Tool in 1996, or as Frank would tell you, the year after PG decided to take the employees and families to a trade show in Hawaii. You can’t put much past Frank, so just tell it like it is and he will deliver on his promises. Frank covers mostly the NE portion of the agency territory and has joint responsibilities for some strategic business initiatives. Frank loves golf. If he has a tan, it’s not because he is at the beach. Frank and his wife Nancy have a Corvette collection and participate in many local and national events. Frank is also involved in his local Fire Company.

Eric Henhaffer - Outside Sales

Eric comes from a family known for their history in construction and management. He has spent the last 10 Years in Carpenters Union Local 393 and is a certified diver and worked for a commercial contractor. Eric joined the outside sales force at PG in September 2010 and has successfully made his mark as a tradesman who knows how to sell and use his tools. In just a very short span, he has revitalized many business relationships and found new and unique opportunities that have contributed to the attainment of our agency goals. Eric covers a cross section of our PG area in SNJ/DE and Northern MD. Eric resides in Burlington County, NJ with his wife Vanessa and two sons. He loves to fish whether it’s in-shore at the Jersey coast or just a line from the bank of any pond.

Dominic Palladino - Inside Sales and Marketing

Dom joins PG Tool after previous employment within the finance and internal operations department of a large public transportation agency. Prior to being employed in public transit he attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Marketing Management. At PG he will be responsible for assisting with Inside Sales and helping with various promotional and marketing projects. In his spare times he enjoys golf, staying active and fishing. Dom currently resides in Haddon Township, NJ.

Gregg Geiger- Technical Assistant

Gregg is working part time at PG to maintain our database and improve the capabilities of our website and communication tools while attending college. It's great to have a tech guy in the family.
